The platform offers annual subscriptions through various packages. Subscriptions are non-refundable once use has commenced.
Payment is made via secure electronic means (credit cards, bank transfers, approved payment gateways).
Users are only entitled to request a refund in the following cases:
○ Technical malfunction lasting more than 10 consecutive days.
○ Unjustified deduction due to a system malfunction.
The refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but the remaining amount will not be refunded.
Packages are automatically renewed, and the user will be notified of this.
