The platform may not be used for the following:
○ Uploading or submitting false or inaccurate information.
○ Posting non-serious or fake offers.
○ Impersonating a company or person.
○ Communicating for the purpose of mediation.
○ Abusing or attempting to deceive any party.
All agreements and correspondence between the importer and exporter are strictly confidential between the two parties, and the platform is not responsible for them in any way.
Each party is responsible for:
○ Verifying the other party before any contract.
○ Securing the means of payment and shipping.
○ Ensuring transparency and providing valid legal documents.
○ Misleading purchase or sale offers = immediate deletion.
○ Non-serious offers = permanent deletion + account suspension + possible legal referral.
○ Documented complaint from a party = first warning, then immediate deletion.
○ Brokerage is strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in automatic suspension.
All content published on the platform (texts, offers, designs, database) is the exclusive property of “Globe Trade” and may not be reused or republished without written permission.
The platform shall not bear any legal or financial consequences for agreements or transactions made outside of it between the parties.
The platform management reserves the right to modify any of the terms of use at any time, with notice to users.
